We are excited to bring you
44 Degrees, our new restaurant at the Whale Cove Inn. Each
evening, Chef Jesse Otero will prepare a multi-course prix fixe menu worthy of
our location for a very limited number of guests. With the sweeping
panorama of Whale Cove and the Pacific Ocean outside the window, the finest
Northwest cuisine and personal service are yours to savor. Seating is
available at 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM and your table is yours to enjoy for the entire
evening if you wish. Reservations are required and can be made when
booking your room. by calling the front desk or by contacting the restaurant
directly at 541.765.4400.
Depoe Bay and the surrounding area
afford our guests other wonderful dining opportunities as well.
For a village of just 1,000 people, we are particularly fortunate to have some
terrific
restaurants in close proximity. Check at the front desk for menus and hours.
Local to Depoe Bay
Tidal Raves
279 NW Highway 101
Depoe Bay
541-765-2995
On the ocean, here in Depoe Bay,
the Raves boasts an outstanding seafood menu, along
with offerings of a more bovine nature. All of this is accompanied by an
excellent wine
list and a superb dessert menu, to be enjoyed while viewing surf and sunset. The
appetizers are worth the visit also (try the Seahawk Bread!) Lunch and dinner
are served
daily in the summer. Reservations are required almost anytime after 5:30 PM.
Sea Hag
279 NW Highway 101
Depoe Bay
541-765-2995
No visit to Depoe Bay or the Whale
Cove is complete without a visit to the Sea Hag, while
the restaurant affords a good family style atmosphere, the seafood is some of
the freshest in town.
The chowder is some of the best and no visit to the coast is complete without
hearing Gracie playing
the bottles. No reservation is required.
North towards Lincoln City
Bay House
5911 SW Highway 101
Lincoln City
541-996-3222
Recognized as one of the premier
restaurants on the Oregon Coast, it is no wonder that
the Bay House is one of our favorite restaurants as well as a favorite of our
guests.
Overlooking Siletz Bay, the Bay House presents an array of fresh seafood, beef,
lamb, duck,
chicken and other wonderful entrees. Sunday Brunch is served 10:30-to 1:00,
year around.
Reservations are highly recommended.
Side Door Cafe/Eden Hall
6675 Gleneden Beach Loop Road
Gleneden Beach

Looking for an off-beat dining experience, off
the beaten path? The Side Door Cafe is
a place to visit. A favorite hideaway for all of us at the Channel House, the
restaurant
serves lunch or dinner and offers a menu which changes about every three to six
weeks.
An intimate setting combined with a wonderful array of dining experiences makes
this
restaurant a secret worth revealing to our friends. Also, if you enjoy
entertainment Eden
Hall offers one of the finest venues on the coast for musical entertainment.
Show the
wait staff your Whale Cove Inn room key and you will be offered a complimentary
dessert. Dinner reservations are recommended.

Outstanding Mediterranean cuisine. Reserve well
ahead of time. Enough said.

"Fine Northwest Cuisine with a Twist."
Relatively new and getting really good reviews,

Saffron Salmon
859 SW Bay Blvd.
Newport

Here is a gem of a chef-owned restaurant,
located on the west end of the Newport
bay front, just to the east of the Coast Guard station. Choices from the menu
are such
that you will want to make numerous visits. Everything is absolutely delicious.
